Today, I'd like to talk about lower back pain and how to alleviate it. After years of kicking and doing multiple sports, my lower back hurts on a weekly basis. Therefore, I've put together a list of exercises that have helped me and they should help you strengthen the muscles around your hips and the muscles that support your lower back.
