A lot of people usually focus on speed and power or strength and conditioning, but having full range of motion is the foundational ability that allows you to improve in all other areas. Master Adrian is a dedicated and skilled martial artist, leader, and coach. We enrolled our three kids, ages 5, 6, and 7 this past April and they have come such a long way in skill and in discipline.
